My Story

My goal is to capture children as they are…not a cheesy grin but one that lets you see their soul. A smile that lets you look into their eyes and see who they truly are and feel the spirit of the moment. My goal for every picture I take is to tell a story that can’t be told in just words…

Before God blessed my husband and I with three beautiful daughters I was an early childhood education teacher. I have always cherished working with children in the classroom and with my photography. As long as I can remember, I have had a camera with me snapping photos of life, as we know it.

Now that I’m a mom I love nothing more than to spend my days turning over rocks in search of bugs, chasing birds and butterflies, finding water puddles to splash in, putting on tutus and twirling, singing a sweet lullaby and dreaming the most amazing dreams! My passion for photography allows me to keep all these wonderful memories alive and as a children’s photographer I have the best of what I love… working with children and creating photographs that tug at your heartstrings.
